Chris Atchley is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas service sector, with a distinguished career spanning 17 years primarily focused on pressure pumping. His extensive expertise is rooted in operations, relationship-building, and developing innovative business strategies that create substantial value.
Chris began his career with BJ Services and over the past decade he has been a leader within Halliburton, taking on various business development and management roles. In recent years, Chris has been instrumental in the Zeus Electric Frac program. His role in this program highlights his ability to adapt to evolving technologies and drive progress in pressure pumping solutions.
A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, Chris Atchley combines his academic background with practical experience to deliver exceptional results in the oil and gas sector.

Dave Bell has extensive experience in a leadership role, helping the utility and general industry meet their key business objectives by improving reliability and productivity.
Prior to VoltaGrid, Dave led the team that developed the Utility Sector for Aggreko and was involved in 100’s of MW ‘s of temporary power installations on the North American utility grid.
Dave’s team was pivotal in the first temporary grid-scale natural gas install in Aggreko’s history using virtual pipeline gas, after a natural disaster.
Dave is looking forward to helping our customers, using the best-in-class equipment and fuel supply to help them through the energy transition.

To empower our partners — both clients and vendors — to embrace ESG, VoltaGrid reviews opportunity-specific risk factors and disclosures at least quarterly. These reviews integrate all forms of risks and opportunities, including economic, supply chain, environmental, social issues, climate change, data security, and more.
We’re also tracking how our solutions help our clients reduce their Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, and offer carbon offsets to help our clients become net-zero today.
And, recognizing the quantity of rare earth minerals that go into some of our equipment, we’re requiring all of our vendors to certify that the materials we supply have no incidents of child, forced, or compulsory labor practices.
