VoltaGrid today announced that it has signed agreements for a $1.0 billion strategic equity investment from funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and Halliburton Company.

ABB secured major new orders from VoltaGrid to provide rapidly deployable power infrastructure for global hyperscale AI data centers, strengthening their collaboration to support the industry's rapidly growing energy demands.

VoltaGrid ordered 1.5 GW of power capacity from INNIO, including 300 Jenbacher engines. These units integrate into VoltaGrid’s QPac™ platform to provide scalable, on-site energy for AI and high-performance computing centers.
