Certain facilities, such as manufacturers using CNC machines, are highly susceptible to power quality issues: even a flicker — a transient barely detectable to the human eye — that can cost thousands of dollars of lost work-in-progress, and potentially crash machines. While other facilities may not be as vulnerable, their mere location at the end of the distribution line means they may face more frequent and more serious power quality issues, such as under-voltage sags and frequency deviations.

KEEPING IT CLEAN
While our reciprocating natural gas generators provide some of the cleanest portable power on the market, we designed two complementary technologies to further reduce our emissions.

First, our turnkey fuel delivery and gas conditioning services enable our gensets to utilize CNG, LNG, field gas, residue gas, and renewable natural gas (RNG). Our proprietary gas conditioning system lowers the fuel's carbon intensity to the generator’s optimal heating value, which reduces our emissions. Furthermore, this system allows us to inject hydrogen gas (Hâ‚‚), paving the way for even lower emissions in the future.

Second, our proprietary Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology cuts our genset’s criterion pollutant emissions by 85% to 97% beyond manufacturer specifications. With COâ‚‚-equivalent emissions averaging 1,000 lbs/MWh and NOx emissions as low as 0.155 lb/MWh, our mobile power solutions perform on par with or cleaner than grid-supplied power in many parts of the United States.
