Certain facilities, such as manufacturers using CNC machines, are highly vulnerable to power quality issues. Even a brief voltage transient—barely noticeable to the human eye—can damage work-in-progress worth thousands of dollars and potentially shut down equipment. Facilities located at the end of a distribution line are also more prone to power quality issues, including undervoltage sags and frequency deviations.

Our flexible power-purchase agreement provides an affordable $/MWh rate that can be lower than utility peak rates. With switchgear supporting up to 10 MWe of grid-connected power, we combine grid reliability with opportunities to reduce peak demand and consumption charges, while enabling customers in demand dispatch programs to earn credits by quickly switching to island mode when called upon to reduce energy use.

DYNAMIC RESPONSE GENSETS
Our trailer-mounted, fast-responding 2.5-MWe natural gas generator goes from stopped to rated load in just 32.5 seconds. Each genset contains on-board controls that allow it to operate as a standalone unit and in multiple-unit configurations to meet your exact power needs.
TWO PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGIES
Our turnkey fuel delivery and gas conditioning services enable our gensets to utilize CNG, LNG, field gas, residue gas, and renewable natural gas. Our proprietary system lowers carbon intensity and allows us to inject hydrogen gas, paving the way for even lower emissions.
Our Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology cuts our genset’s criterion pollutant emissions by 85% to 97% beyond manufacturer specifications. COâ‚‚-equivalent emissions average 1,000 lbs/MWh and NOx emissions reach as low as 0.155 lb/MWh.

Our mobile microgrids deliver the power your applications demand, with the capacity to accept up to 10 MWe of grid-connected or on-site power and deliver up to 2,000 A at 13.8 kV per switchgear unit. Their redundant design reduces single points of failure by providing dual-supply feeds.
Our energy-storage system provides battery backup and under-voltage ride-through protection, while natural gas generators offer black-start capability down to -10°F. An innovative, edge-computing control system brings artificial intelligence (AI) directly to the field.
AI-DRIVEN EDGE COMPUTING
Our proprietary, AI-driven edge-computing architecture provides integrated control and monitoring across every mobile microgrid resource, autonomously managing load balancing, generator sequencing, fuel distribution, and safety for effective power delivery. Detecting and mitigating rapid load changes and utility power fluctuations, our technology continuously adjusts the microgrid’s energy resources to prevent faults and maintain power.​

Additionally, our onboard control technology aggregates and transmits data from on-site systems to the cloud, providing near-real-time visibility into asset condition, operations, power demand, fuel consumption, and emissions through our client access portal.
